I’ve been using this Yukihira sauce pan for a few weeks now and I’m impressed with its performance. The nonstick coating works well and makes cleanup a breeze. The wooden handle stays cool and provides excellent grip, though I wish it were a bit more ergonomic. At $18.90, it’s reasonably priced for the quality. The silver color looks sleek in my kitchen. Perfect size for soups and noodles. Aaron Wiggins would probably appreciate how well it handles different cooking tasks.
