This defrosting tray works exactly as advertised! The black aluminum construction feels solid and conducts heat well. I’ve used it for thawing chicken and beef – it’s much faster than leaving food on the counter. The round shape is convenient and fits well in my sink. While it’s a bit pricey at $18, the time savings and consistent results make it worth the investment. My only minor complaint is that it’s slightly smaller than I expected, but it still handles family-sized portions well. Good build quality overall.
