These IUIGA yoga blocks are surprisingly sturdy for being so lightweight. The EVA foam material feels durable and doesn’t compress easily during poses. I got the grey set and they look great. At $14.90 for two blocks, the value is excellent compared to other brands I’ve tried. They’re perfect for supporting my alignment in challenging poses and easy to toss in my gym bag. The only minor issue is they can get slightly slippery when my hands are sweaty, but that’s common with foam blocks. Overall, a solid purchase for anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice.
